Building permits will not be required

                                      However we will be building a wonderful House quilt .

And with the help from our friends at Moda we will be posting 16 blue prints (blocks)

weekly on our blog.

All the building starts on September 6th. 

 We hope you will join our staff, who have been working diligently sewing the samples to share with you. 

The blueprints (patterns ) will be available to download or print again starting weekly, September 6th.   

If you are technically challenged we will be printing a limited amount of the blue prints also. 

Let us know if you will be needing us to print you one please. 

All of our houses will feature two of Moda's collections. 

Grunge and Hey Dot by Zen Chic. 

We will have fat quarter and fat 1/8 th bundles available of each. 

The  precuts of both collections are also  in stock.

As well as yardage of both groups. 

Our whole staff will be posting their finished houses here and on the following hashtags. #chneighbor and moda's hashtag  #ModaBeMyNeighbor .

The finished size of the quilt is 68" X 84 1/2 " 

There are 16 blocks provided by MODA and we will be have an exclusive 17 house block for those who attend our Open House with their House quilt and or House blocks in January. 

We will be posting more information as September 6th approaches.
