Be My Neighbor Sew along

Join us for our sew along where  MODA and Calico House will supply

16 building permits (House Quilt Blocks) weekly 

Starting September 6th. 

 Our entire staff will be sharing what they love about their neighbor hoods. 

And we hope you will share too. 

All our houses will feature 2 collections from Moda: Grunge and Hey Dot by Zen Chic. 

Fat quarters and fat eights will be available for purchase. 

The background and sashing fabric takes 4 1/2 yards. If you want the border to be the same as the background add 1 1/4 yards.  We will be 

sewing with Moda's Bella solid white for our background. 

We have 31 colors of grunge in stock.

Hey dot precuts and bolts are waiting for you . 

New blueprints will be posted here on Mondays for you to print off.
Because of the holiday the first block starts on a Tuesday. 

(A limited number of patterns will be available at the store.)

Let us know if you will be needing them, please.  

We will be sharing our houses on two hashtags 

#chneighborhood and #ModaBeMyNeighbor.

And we will be posting on our Facebook. 

Please post your finished houses on these hash tags and

 check out all the other houses posted there.

Moda is providing a master plan for all the houses to fit together

into a quilt. 

In January we will have an open house for all our participants to share there 

quilts and houses. 

And we will have an exclusive 17 house block we will be giving out that evening.
