Gifts you still have time to sew.

It's a very busy time of year for all.
So I thought I would post some pictures of ideas
that are very fun and easy to make for gift giving.

One of my favorite new patterns from quilt Market this fall.
It really is for a quilt made with the dog and lots of great black and white prints .
We have an excellent selection of low volume and script types of prints in stock.
It would be possible to make a pillow, and if your feeling
really ambitious possibly the quilt for gifting.
We also have script fabrics in many shades of grey.
Ask to see the Mod dog pattern

This very use full zipper pouch is sewn with foam padding so it weighs nothing.
But the foam would be great for protecting your tablets, i pads or  e-readers.
The pattern has a zipper at the top and a zipper on the outside with a vinyl
pocket so you can see the contents.
It would hold a coloring book and all the markers or crayons in the vinyl pocket.
Be sure to buy some wonder clips (one of my favorite tools).
You cannot pin into the vinyl and you really don't want to iron it.
I have tried to share some of my secrets for sewing this with all the staff,
so just asked them to share them with you .

This little zipper pouch pattern comes with 3 sizes.
Yes we have zippers.  And we have a a great selection of colors.
These fabrics are by Heather Ross, and are from
her inaugural collection.

This new awesome lipstick tube fabric with gold metallic
accents would be perfect for the zipper pouches above.
Do you love it too?

I plan to post some more ideas.

And you can always let me know in a comment if you have a question
or want us to hold a pattern for you.

Happy sewing and thanks for stoping by. Janeese
