I whipped up this hot pad and trivet today for a friends birthday this weekend. The fabrics are from David Butlers new Curious Nature group and I hope will please her. She has a new contemporary home and I have been dyeing to work with these fabrics. I like to use Insulbrite inside my hot pads and I used 2 layers which will make them totally practical and washable.
