Some times a fabric just jumps out and you know you just gotta have it. When I saw this Riley Blake fabric in the center above at market I was smitten. It is designed by Lori Holt of Bee in my Bonnet patterns.
It has that retro feel that we are seeing so often and one of my favorite color combos of red and aqua.
I also noticed the cuppy cake dress pattern featured above at quilt market and in several quilt stores I had visited lately. It is designed by the Pink fig pattern company and in stock.
It was fun to feature the really wide red rick rack on the bodice, another one of those retro touches popping up over and over again. We have several colors of wide rick rack in stock to choose from.
The back is so cute too.
Hope this inspires you to try sewing some children's clothing. There are so many good patterns available.
